Beverlywood was developed in 1940 by Walter H. Leimert, with the heart of the community centering around Circle Park. The Association consists of 1,354 family homes, and was one of the first incorporated neighborhoods in Southern California. Known for its canopy of established trees over winding community streets, its green open and park-like feel, it has grown with Los Angeles, yet remains a respite of cozy homes and quiet retreats.

Located in the heart of West Los Angeles, Beverlywood offers a unique lifestyle, providing a sense of community through a culture of family homes and tradition with all the accessibility of urban living.
