SEMI-ANNUAL MEETING: This year’s meeting will be on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 6:00 pm at Castle Heights School. Please come hear what is happening in Beverlywood. Representatives from Council Office, LAPD, ACS and SoRo will be in attendance to answer questions on a range of issues impacting BHA homeowners. Official notice and agenda were sent via email to homeowners.

BULK ITEMS & DUMPING AT THE SIDEWALK: Please be aware that bulk items should not be put out at the curb more than 24 hours prior to pick-up. Homeowners must call 311 in advance to schedule bulk item pick up, which usually occurs on Mondays or Fridays. If items are left by the curb for a longer period of time, homeowners are in violation of HOA rules and are subject to fine.

CIRCLE PARK MAINTENANCE AND CARE:
The HOA is thrilled that so many homeowners are using Circle Park after the renovation this year. We ask that everyone pick up their trash and not leave litter behind.  Additionally, maintenance has noticed a lot of chalk drawings and graffiti on the pathways, stonework, boulders, bridge and tables. Please don’t let your children use chalk in the park, and certainly not on the stonework, boulders, bridge and
tables. Thank you for your cooperation.

IN MEMORIAM:  The Board of Directors of Beverlywood Homes Association is saddened to inform you of the passing of Ron DeAnda, Beverlywood HOA’s Landscaper for over thirty years. He is remembered for his dedication and love for our community, professionalism, and kindness.  His commitment to Beverlywood showed in the beautiful trees, grasses and greenery he cared for and nurtured in Beverlywood, helping the community maintain its charm and park-like feel throughout the decades.  He will be missed.
